Hi, I’m Kyle Bendikson, the Office Manager at WellNest Counseling! My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly—from scheduling appointments to helping new clients get started. If you ever have a question about WellNest, I’m here to help!

A Passion for Helping Others

I’m graduating in Spring 2023 with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas (Whoosh!). I minored in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, and during my time at UTD, I conducted research on sleep, healthy relationships, and substance abuse. I also work as a health educator on campus, where I help students make informed choices about their well-being. My passion is helping people grow into the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.

I plan to begin my Master’s degree in Counseling soon, and I’ve felt called to this field for a long time. WellNest is the perfect place for me to support others while continuing to learn and grow in the mental health field.

Outside of Work

When I’m not at WellNest, you can find me spending time with my friends, family, and cat. I love living in Dallas and am always on the hunt for the best gluten-free food in the DFW area—recommendations are always welcome!
