Helping Families Find Balance & Connection

From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with kids and families. I remember volunteering at a Saturday child-care program when I was 16 and telling my mom, “These kids are so great, and these parents care so much—everyone just needs a little help.” That moment shaped my passion: helping families grow, heal, and thrive.

I’ve worn many hats in life. I’m a licensed therapist, a certified sleep consultant, a mother, and a military wife. I’ve been a teacher, attempted a short-lived career in sales (let’s just say it wasn’t for me), and, like so many parents, have faced the hardest job of all: raising children. Parenthood is relentless—the hours are long, the self-doubt is real, and the stakes feel impossibly high. But the joy, the connection, and the growth make every challenge worth it. That’s why I do what I do.

I know firsthand the difference between a chaotic home and a peaceful one. I help parents learn practical skills to create a calm, connected household, while also giving kids the tools they need to emotionally regulate and thrive. My goal is to help families break unhealthy cycles, build strong relationships, and create a positive legacy for generations to come.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me busy being a mom to my three sweet boys, navigating the adventures of military life with my husband, or buried in a textbook as I work toward my Ph.D. in Counseling. Our family loves spending time outdoors, swimming, watching movies, and exploring all the wonderful things Dallas has to offer.
